Established homes on the northwest mesa
Paradise Hills sits on the mesa at Albuquerque's northwest edge, right up against Rio Rancho, around Paradise Boulevard and Golf Course Road. It's an established area with a mix of home ages and lot sizes — and a mix of concrete and asphalt driveways that have seen a lot of sun and wind.
What we do most in Paradise Hills
Resurfacing older asphalt
Faded, cracked asphalt drives with a sound base are good candidates for an overlay — milled at the garage and street so the new surface is flush.
Sealcoating and crack sealing
Asphalt still in good shape lasts much longer with crack sealing and sealcoat every few years.
RV pads and side yards
Many lots here have room on the side for an RV, boat or trailer. We build pads heavier than a driveway with a clean tie-in. RV pads.
Driveway widening
An added lane for another vehicle, matched to the existing grade.
Sand and slopes
Like Rio Rancho next door, the ground here is mostly sand, and some streets sit on noticeable slopes. Edges and shoulders are where we see most failures — we rebuild them with compacted, tapered edges and backfill so they stay supported.

Common questions
Do you work in Albuquerque as well as Rio Rancho?
Yes — Albuquerque's West Side neighborhoods near Rio Rancho, including Paradise Hills, Ventana Ranch, Taylor Ranch and the Cottonwood area.
Can you add asphalt next to my concrete driveway?
Yes. Asphalt widening and RV pads beside concrete are common; we make a clean, straight joint at a matched grade.
How often should I sealcoat?
Every 2–3 years for most driveways, after new asphalt has cured.
