A master-planned West Side neighborhood
Ventana Ranch is a master-planned community on Albuquerque's far northwest side, near Universe Boulevard, Irving and Paseo del Norte. Most homes have concrete driveways and HOA guidelines, so the paving work here is usually about adding space, not replacing what's there.
What we build in Ventana Ranch
- RV and trailer pads — heavier base and asphalt where the tires and jacks sit, with a smooth tie-in to your driveway. More on RV pads.
- Side-yard parking — through the gate, along the house, replacing gravel or dirt that ruts and blows around.
- Driveway extensions — an extra lane for another vehicle.
- Community areas — crack sealing, sealcoating and repairs for HOA-maintained paths, parking and private streets where applicable.
Getting HOA approval
We provide a written scope with dimensions, materials and a simple site sketch you can attach to your architectural request. If your HOA has questions about drainage or appearance, we're happy to answer them.
Building next to the house
The soil along a newer home is often construction backfill — loose sand that settles. Under any new pad, we remove it and replace it with compacted base, and we keep the finished grade sloping away from the foundation.

Common questions
Will my HOA allow an asphalt RV pad?
Rules vary. Many allow side-yard pads with approval. We'll give you what you need to submit.
Can you get equipment through my side gate?
Usually. We check gate width and turning room at the quote; occasionally a gate or fence panel needs to come off temporarily.
Will the pad drain toward my house?
No — we grade it to slope away from the foundation and toward the street or a safe outlet.
